Privacy policy
Short version: we only use your information to do the work you asked for, and we don't sell it to anyone.
Effective October 2026. This policy covers Rack to Run LLC ("we," "us"), the racktorun.com website, and the information you share with us by form, phone, text or email.
What we collect
- What you send us. When you fill out the quote form, call, text or email, we get what you share: your name, business, contact info, town, and details about your project.
- Basic site data. Our host, Cloudflare, keeps standard request logs (like IP address and browser type) to run and protect the site. We don't use ad trackers or advertising cookies.
- Spam protection. The quote form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots. It may look at browser and device signals to do that.
How we use it
- To answer your request, send quotes and invoices, schedule work and provide support.
- To keep records we need for taxes, warranty and accounting.
We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't use it for marketing lists.
Who else sees it
Only the services we need to run the business: Cloudflare (website hosting and spam protection), Resend (delivers the quote form to our inbox), Apple iCloud (our email), and our invoicing and accounting tools. We may also share information if the law requires it.
Your network and systems
When we work on your network, cameras or door access, we may see device settings, passwords and other details about your systems. We use them only to do the job, keep them confidential, and hand logins and documentation back to you when the work is done. You own your equipment and accounts.
How long we keep it
Quote requests that don't turn into work are deleted within about a year. Customer and job records are kept as long as we need them for support, warranty and tax purposes.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we're not required to keep it. Email [email protected].
Kids
This site is for businesses and homeowners and isn't meant for children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top of this page.
